They were pretty much in isolated prison, as far as we're concerned. And that's where they would wander around and walk into other people's rooms, and urinate in a closet of somebody else's room. The negative reviews were posted, prior to Jana & Yvette, coming on board. There is also a weekend RN supervisor, Kim. My father enjoys the food & especially the daily soups. He is comfortable in his private room & he's content playing on his computer, watching TV & reading his daily newspaper.

Three meals a day are offered to residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I thought Villages on MacArthur was good on my first visit. For the most part, they have been very helpful. My in-laws were in Villages on MacArthur. My in-law fell and hurt his hand, which got infected, and they didn't properly tend to it. And so he had to go back to the hospital to get some work done on it and then went back to McArthur and then got dismissed. It was understaffed and some rules were unworkable, but this is all due to COVID. The staff was courteous, but you couldn't count on them to do things that they were saying that they would do. I never got to see the inside because they would only allow one person and we always let my wife go in, which is their daughter.
